The only way I could think of doing this at the moment was to embed case after case after case.... you see where this is going?
It was very tedious and became confusing. So I stopped as soon as i could get one column to work.
Afterwords I learned that someone really thought outside the box and used MatLAB to decide what to do with the high and low values and thus spit out the appropriate keypad value cleanly and efficiently.
